Poscendo - Potion Modification for Minecraft
What it is:
Poscendo is a configurable client-side mod that introduces various improvements to the potion system. All changes made by this mod are compatible with most other modifications without requiring additional configuration.
Main Features:
- Potions and arrows enhanced using redstone or glowstone receive special prefixes in their names - "Lengthy" or "Potent" respectively (this feature can be disabled)
- Different textures for potions that have been improved using redstone or glowstone (also configurable)
Additional Functions:
- Complete adaptation of the potion recoloring system from versions 1.19.4/1.20 (currently not configurable)
- Removed enchantment glint from potions (can be enabled/disabled)
Future Plans:
- Considering the creation of a multi-loader version using Architectury, which will allow using the mod on both Forge and Fabric (and consequently on Quilt)
- Plans include adding different sounds for consuming various types of potions, as well as unique sound effects for thrown potions
