Pickle Tweaks offers numerous useful Vanilla+ style enhancements that organically complement standard Minecraft gameplay.

Every feature can be individually disabled through the configuration file.

Main Features

Tool Repair

You can now repair broken tools and weapons directly in the crafting grid using appropriate repair materials - similar to an anvil.

Multifunctional Tools

The mod adds paxels - universal tools combining the functions of an axe, pickaxe, and shovel. Also available are sickles for harvesting plant blocks in an area and scythes for mass crop harvesting and replanting.

Enhanced Interface

Tooltips now display mining speed and mining level. For bows, the number of available arrows in inventory is shown. With compatible HWYLA/Jade mods, block harvest levels are displayed.

New Materials and Items

Added tools made of flint and emerald, watering cans to accelerate plant growth (regular 3x3 and reinforced 7x7), night vision goggles, magnets for attracting items and experience, and special apples with additional effects.

Useful Details

Simplified flint crafting from gravel using meshes, coal and charcoal pieces for cooking one food unit each, and the ability to right-click to harvest and replant mature crops.

Tool Customization

Tools become ineffective one use before breaking, allowing timely repairs. You can also configure specific tools so they cannot break blocks or deal damage.
