Pet Tracker
Pet Tracking in Minecraft
The Pet Tracker modification introduces a special tracking item into the game that allows you to monitor the location of your tamed animals. Compatible with Forge versions 1.16.5, 1.18.2, and 1.19.2.
How to Start Using
To create a tracker, you'll need one stick and one emerald:
![]()
To add a pet to the tracking list, simply right-click on it while holding the tracker.
Operation Features
- Each tracker operates independently and stores its own list of animals
- Pets with name tags are displayed with their custom names
- Modified animals are supported if they inherit from the standard tameable entity class
To view the list of tracked pets, right-click while holding the tracker:
![]()
Tracker Functions
Teleportation: Moves the animal to your location. If the pet is dead or in an inactive world area, the teleport button will be unavailable, and the screen will display the last known location.
Removal: Removes the animal from the tracking list. Removal occurs one animal at a time - to remove multiple pets, you need to sequentially open the tracker interface.
