Paint Gun
This modification brings to Minecraft the paint gun from the game expansion Aperture Tag: The Paint Gun Testing Initiative (created for Portal 2), along with the two types of gels it fires.
Using the pneumatic gun:
Holding the right mouse button makes the gun shoot propulsion gel. When applied to surfaces, it creates a coating that allows the player to move quickly.
Holding the left mouse button causes the weapon to fire repulsion gel. When encountering such a surface, the character bounces off it like from a trampoline.
Both types of coatings disappear over time on their own, so the player won't have to clean them up manually. But if you need to speed up the process, you can use a wet sponge - right-clicking on the gel will immediately clear a large area.
Planned additions
Developers are considering the following updates:
- Introduction of other types of gels with unique properties
- Special apparatus for producing gels and reloading the gun
- Gel dispensers that automatically spray the coating
