The Orpheus mod was created as an alternative to simply using the 'KeepInventory' command. Instead of just activating inventory preservation, you can now earn this ability by embarking on an epic journey inspired by ancient Greek myths. The main goal is to find the legendary Orpheus Lyre, which grants its owner the ability to keep items after death.

But that's far from all this mod offers! Immerse yourself in the world of ancient legends, where you'll find unique armor, references to classical myths, specially created dungeons, and many other surprises. This is a true mythological adventure with elements of exploration and danger.

How to Obtain Key Items

For those who prefer to forge their own path without achievement hints, here are several ways to obtain important artifacts:

Calliope's Love: Stand on a mythological block, surround yourself with flowers, hold the Hellenic Codex, and press Shift.

Orpheus Lyre: Repeat a similar ritual in the Nether, using magma blocks instead of flowers and holding the "Apollo's Son" item.

Mod Configuration

In the Minecraft configuration folder, you'll find the "orpheus-config.json" file where you can choose the effects of the Orpheus Lyre:
