Oaks Enchantments Backport
About the Modification
Oaks Enchantments Backport is an adapted version of the popular Oaks Enchantment addon, ported from Minecraft 1.19.2 to 1.16.5. This compact expansion significantly enriches gameplay by introducing new enchantments.
New Enchantments
The mod adds 11 unique enchantments, each changing the familiar game mechanics in its own way:
- Auto Smelter - for pickaxes, automatically smelts all mined blocks
- Mining Hammer - for pickaxes, allows mining a 3×3 block area
- Restful Sleep - for totems of undying, restores health and hunger when sleeping in main or off-hand
- Grim Reaper (levels 1-3) - for swords, when picking up experience gives a chance to restore health (25%, 35%, and 45% respectively)
- Light Weight - for boots, activates slow falling
- Thermal Walker - for boots, similar to Frost Walker but turns lava into obsidian
- Grave Digger - for pickaxes, when breaking a spawner gives a chance to get loot
- Illumination - for helmets, activates night vision when block light level drops below 5, perfect for cave exploration
- Cultivator - for hoes and shovels: hoe plants a 3×3 area, shovel creates 3×3 paths
- Blade - for shears, allows stripping bark from logs
- Anti-venom - for armor, prevents poisoning
Achievements
The mod also includes several interesting achievements:
- Uncivilized Times - try walking on lava with the Thermal Walker enchantment
- All Well Rested - sleep with a totem enchanted with Restful Sleep
- Secret Achievement - find it yourself :)
