Fed up with wandering traders trampling your crops and lawns while offering only pitiful deals? This mod provides an elegant solution for controlling their appearances in your world.

Main Features

"No Soliciting" Sign

This block prevents the spawning of specified entities within a configurable radius (measured in chunks). Adjust the distance in configuration to create an area free from unwanted visitors.

Anti-Soliciting Talisman

A special item that can be placed in a Baubles slot, Curios slot, or simply carried in your inventory. It blocks wandering trader spawns around the player at the same distance as the sign. To activate or deactivate, simply hold Shift and right-click the talisman.

Trader Rug

Allows you to set the exact spawn location for wandering traders. If a trader is supposed to spawn within the specified radius of the rug, it will materialize directly on this block.

Configuration Settings

File nomowanderer-common.toml

entityWatchList - list of entities whose spawning will be blocked within the radius of the "No Soliciting" sign. If an entity is not blocked, its spawn will be moved to the nearest trader rug. By default, the list includes: Wandering Trader, Plague Doctor from the Rats mod, and Red Merchant from Supplementaries.

radius - effective range of all items and blocks in this mod. Default value: 8.

disableSpawns - set to true to completely disable spawning of all entities in the entityWatchList. Default: false.
