NFF Services (formerly BefriendMobs Framework)

Note: The library is undergoing renaming and major refactoring from the previous BefriendMobs version, so it is temporarily closed and will not be updated until all changes are completed. Before reopening, the framework's code will be embedded in the Days with Monster Girls modification.

NFF Services is a toolkit for mod developers that simplifies the creation of friendly and tamed mobs, as well as adding taming features to existing mobs that are not originally tamable.

For example, most tamable mobs in the standard game (such as wolves) inherit from the TamableMob class. If you want to make hostile mobs (for example, Zombie) friendly or tamed, using only the standard API can be a complex task. With NFF Services, you can easily create a subclass of Zombie (or any other mob extending Mob) without resorting to the standard TamableMob interfaces and without considering the type hierarchy of existing mobs.

It is important to note that the library is in development, and its API may change with updates, so it is not recommended to use it for development at this time. If its use is necessary, it is recommended to specify the specific library version in the mod rather than using a version range.

Developers welcome requests for new features, especially in cases where the desired location for code insertion does not provide an event, or when expected variable properties are hard-coded.
