Nexus Crusade

Explore the Minecraft Overworld through the lens of the Nexus Crusade mod, which adds anomaly-infested structures, unique biomes, and items imbued with Nexus energy.

Added Biomes

The mod introduces several completely new ecosystems with unique landscapes and flora.

Radiant Shrubland

This desert biome presents a harsh landscape with cracked earth, covered in coarse dirt, sand, sandy soil, and brown jasper stone. Here you can find acid lakes, mossy rocks, and remnants of destroyed ruins of three types: torch structures, gesture constructions, and sanctuaries. Vegetation includes acacia bushes, huge glowing mushrooms, and red cacti.

Mind Forest

At first glance, this biome resembles the crimson forest from the Nether, but it is actually the Mind Forest. This otherworldly ecosystem is filled with mind trees, moth hives, and leading hives. The forest floor consists of overgrown jasper stone, brown jasper, and red jasper. Nexus roots permeate the landscape, intertwined with tall mind trees. Spore particles float in the air, reminiscent of particles from crimson forests.

Mind Jungle

A dense variation of the mind forest, characterized by mind jungle trees and even thicker vegetation.

Structures

Leading Hive

Deep within mind forests and mind jungles, leading hives are hidden. At the center of each such structure is a large nexus blob, whose natural essence has been distorted by the influence of a sinister larva. In the hive you can encounter soul moths and three visitors - creatures drawn to the blob's energy. A massive amount of nexus acid flows through the underground structure.

Sinister Larva

When approaching the large blob, the larva summons 4 nexus eyes and 2 soul moths to attack. The eyes begin attacking the blob itself, and if the player fails to destroy them in time, the larva will be able to activate its final form.

Icy Nexus Fortress

The structure appears in snowy biomes and possesses its own dangerous formation. Inside, the player will find a chest with various valuable items, and the area is protected by a monster system.

Materials

The mod adds various resources and crafting capabilities:

• Nexus ore - rarely found in the Overworld at certain depths
• Nexus ingot - created through interaction with a special type of blob
• Frozen blob - can be obtained through interaction with icy blobs
• Ice wand and frozen variations for ice breaking
