Player Name History Viewer

Important Information

Due to Mojang's discontinuation of the player name history API, this mod is no longer functional. This applies to all versions of the mod, including previous releases.

About the Mod

A simple and lightweight Fabric mod that provides convenient access to view player name history directly in the game.

Main Features

• Command /names <Player Name> (or shortened version /n <Player Name>) - allows viewing name history for the specified player
• Command /namemc <Player Name> (or /nm <Player Name>) - searches for the player on the NameMC website

Compatibility

The mod was originally developed for Minecraft versions 1.16-1.18.2, but can be self-compiled for other versions if compatible.

Installation

Simply move the downloaded mod file to the mods folder - similar to installing other mods.
