Depot design

Oak trapdoor + hopper combo. Items stop at the oak trapdoor, giving hopper all the time it needs to collect them.

When an item gets smelt, comparator activates the dispenser which drops an entity on the track, which in turn will trigger hoppers. As a result, the output of the furnaces is collected.
