More Mining Fatigue

This modification fundamentally changes the mechanics of elder guardians, making underwater fortresses significantly more challenging to complete. Instead of the standard application of the "Mining Fatigue" effect once per minute, the guardian constantly affects all players within a 50-block radius, applying this effect every second.

This approach ensures a more fair and challenging underwater dungeon experience, completely eliminating the possibility of simply circumventing the mechanic - one sip of milk won't help anymore! The mod recreates behavior characteristic of Minecraft Bedrock Edition, making the game more intense and requiring thoughtful strategy.
