More Grindstone Variants
Expanding Grindstone Variety
This mod fundamentally changes the approach to grindstones in Minecraft, adding a total of 59 new variants! Now every wood type gets its own unique grindstone, plus four completely new stone varieties appear.
New Crafting Materials
In addition to the standard stone variant, you can use various materials for crafting:
- Sandstone slabs
- Deepslate slabs
- Granite slabs
- Basalt blocks
Compatibility with Other Mods
Conflict Resolution
When using mods that add their own wood types (such as Biomes o' Plenty, Let's Do series, and others), conflicts may arise with the vanilla grindstone crafting recipe. To solve this problem, special "More Compatibility Variants" datapacks exist that ensure proper functioning of all our "More X Variants" series mods.
Quad Compatibility
The mod is fully compatible with Quad version 1.3.0 and above, including the block replacement function. This means that in villages, instead of standard grindstones, corresponding variants from this mod will be generated, creating a more diverse and authentic game world.
In the example, you can see how in a village, instead of a regular dark oak grindstone, a jungle sandstone grindstone is now generated, creating a more harmonious and diverse visual picture.
