More Compatibility Variants (Biomes o' Plenty)

Without this mod, you cannot create a chest from Biomes o' Plenty planks with More Chest Variants installed, or a jacaranda fence with More Stick Variants. This solution allows you to craft basic versions of all expected items from Bo'P wood.
