Mocha's Complicated Bosses

This mod introduces players to three unique bosses and various equipment that can be obtained after defeating them.

Bosses

Infernal Centipede - the first created worm-like boss capable of burrowing through walls and performing sudden attacks. At a distance, it fires homing fire arrows that explode upon impact. Each segment gains immunity and regeneration if the following segment has more health. To summon, hold the Scorched Scarab Emblem while on fire. Fighting with a piercing crossbow is particularly satisfying.

Phantom Paladin - a boss intended for players in full netherite armor. It wields a Phantom Sword that can sometimes be parried, dealing damage and stunning the boss. Periodically performs up to three dashes and creates three explosive circles in succession. In the second phase, it summons a Healing Totem, making it immune to damage, and forms a circle in the sky that follows the player before stopping and releasing multiple explosive circles with increased damage. When killed while the sword is active, it drops the Phantom Shield, and when the sword is destroyed, it drops the sword itself. To summon, fill the Dagger of Souls and use it on a phantom crucible that spawns on the nether roof.

Skeletal Sorceror - a boss to be fought after the Phantom Paladin. It deals significant knockback with each hit and has rechargeable attacks: a barrage of homing red skulls that despawn when hit or a fully armed wither skeleton. The main challenge is teleporting to the player at close range when too far away. In the second phase, it gains a damage aura nearby and reduces the teleportation distance. In the next phase, damage increases, the player is blinded, and the teleportation distance is greatly reduced. When hit by phantom weapons, it becomes enraged, gaining strength, speed, and resistance. Drops its hat upon death. To summon, use the Dagger of Blood (obtained by using an uncharged Dagger of Souls on a phantom crucible) on a blood crucible (obtained by breaking a phantom crucible with a netherite block above it).

Equipment

Lava walkers - boots that make the player leap a short distance when ignited and extinguish them. Not yet available in survival, planned to drop from the Infernal Centipede.

Phantom Shield - drops from the Phantom Paladin. When used, the player dashes forward, dealing damage to mobs based on armor level.

Phantom Sword - drops from the Phantom Paladin. Grants weakness when health is slightly below maximum, enhanced weakness at half health, but strength and resistance at quarter health.

Dagger of Souls - an expensive craft item used to summon the Phantom Paladin. Requires charging by killing 50 entities with less than 50 max health. When hitting another entity while fully charged, it discharges and explodes.

Dagger of Blood - created by using an uncharged Dagger of Souls on a phantom crucible. Used to summon the Skeletal Sorceror. Requires 100 charges from entities with health between 20 and 200. When hitting an entity while charged, it discharges and causes a more powerful explosion.

Defensive arrow - a rare item dropped by MRDR Followers. When the player takes damage, it shoots 5 arrows. Damage, speed, and pierce increase with the number of items in the stack, but not from multiple stacks.

Miscellaneous

Coffee machine - available in creative mode along with a mug. When consumed, grants a short but powerful boost.

Desolate forest - a barren biome where many MRDR Followers spawn.

/Bs - a command that adds one item to the stack in hand. No limits, for fun.

Please note: some mod elements are not fully implemented and are unavailable in survival. Use them with caution as they may change.
