Mob Despawn Timers
In the old days, creating mob farms was straightforward - creatures continued to exist regardless of player proximity, and everything worked as intended. However, changes were then made that disrupted this idyll: for performance optimization purposes, mobs located too far from players began instantly disappearing from the world.
This problem particularly affected automatic farms. Although spawners continued to generate mobs, they would vanish almost immediately after appearing, leaving no opportunity for automated killing systems and loot collection.
This mod solves this issue. Mob Despawn Timers allows setting the minimum time a mob must spend in the world before it can disappear naturally. By default, this period is set to 30 seconds.
