Mining Cool Down Fix [Forge]

This mod is a Forge version based on Covenant_Turtle's development called Mining Cool Down Fix.

How the Standard Mining System Works

In the original Minecraft version, there is a fixed delay of 5 ticks between breaking one block and starting to break the next one. The only exception is when your mining speed allows you to instantly break blocks. What This Mod Changes

The main change is the complete elimination of this delay. Now you can break blocks one after another significantly faster, while the time to break a single block remains unchanged.

Gameplay Balancing

The Minecraft developers didn't add this delay without reason—it prevents accidentally breaking too many blocks when mining speed is high. To maintain balance, the mod introduces a new enchantment that limits mining speed to (1 + level) ticks.
