Minecart Persistence

This mod solves a common Minecraft problem - minecarts cannot travel long distances through unloaded chunks. They now temporarily load chunks along their path, ensuring smooth movement over any distance.

Users can configure minecart travel time to prevent infinite chunk loading. There's also a special timer that limits how long a single chunk can remain loaded.

The mod is compatible with various types of entities and vehicles that can be configured in the settings files.
