Mekanism Science

Mekanism Science is a technological addon that introduces additional scientific elements and processes into Minecraft through the Mekanism system.

This extension cannot function without the base Mekanism mod, which serves as the technical foundation for all added components.

Key Mod Elements

Helium Cooling

A new coolant type produced from Yttrium, providing cooling efficiency of 1.5 and supporting nuclear reactor operation up to 1920 mb/t. The production chain involves converting Strontium to Yttrium with parallel creation of Calcium Oxide.

Neutron Sources

Neutron source pellets are crafted from Beryllium and Americium, enhancing the efficiency of neutron reactions. Important: storing these elements in inventory is dangerous - they cause radiation damage even in protective suits. Beryllium is obtained by processing emerald ore with sulfuric acid.

Processing Products

Calcium Oxide - a byproduct of strontium conversion, used for creating structural glass and special concrete. Can also be produced by sintering lime-containing blocks.

High-Quality Concrete - made from calcium oxide, sand and gravel. Features enhanced explosion resistance and can be converted into stairs and slabs. Ideal for construction projects due to its smooth surface.
