Mod for Displaying Game Tag on MCC Island

This modification allows you to see your own game tag and character information on the MCC Island server exactly as displayed by the server itself. The display includes rank and team colors, achievement points and faction level in lobbies, as well as the health bar in Sky Battle and Battle Box modes.

The mod works with Fabric versions 1.21-1.21.5 and requires installation of Fabric API, Noxesium, and Cloth Config.

Known Issues

• When changing factions, the modification does not recognize the new faction until the next time Minecraft is launched.
