Matter Overdrive Andriod Shield Tweak - Customize the Android Shield

The Matter Overdrive mod allows you to become an android and gain a shield ability. However, in the base version, its properties cannot be changed. The new addon fixes this by creating a config where players can adjust shield duration and cooldown according to gaming prerequisites.

Regrettably, only servers currently support this mod. A known bug breaks single-player support. Fixing the problem is hindered by loss of original code. This addon was made by request and publicly uploaded for all modpackers and survivor seekers.
