Want to turn your diamond sword into an incredibly powerful weapon capable of defeating even the strongest opponents like the Ender Dragon with a single hit? Or simply tired of golden tools being practically useless?
In either case, this mod is made exactly for you. It allows changing almost all characteristics of not only tools and weapons, but any items in the game.
Main Features
Configurable parameters are divided into two categories depending on their technical implementation.
Item Attributes
Vanilla Minecraft has an attribute system that some items use to set various characteristics such as attack damage and armor protection. In addition to the ability to modify existing attributes, this mod also makes many attributes available that are not used on any items by default.
Attributes can be set for any item, regardless of its type or origin. Attributes are applied only when the item is in the main hand, except for armor pieces that apply their attributes when worn in the appropriate slot.
- Max Health: Amount of health when fully healed
- Knockback Resistance: Chance to not receive knockback from an attack
- Movement Speed: Walking speed on land
- Attack Damage: Amount of melee damage in combat
- Attack Knockback: Knockback strength when hitting an entity
- Attack Speed: Attack cooldown recovery speed
- Armor: Amount of armor protection
- Armor Toughness: Armor toughness level
- Luck: Luck property when using loot tables
- Swim Speed: Movement speed in water
- Gravity: Vertical motion multiplier, mainly when falling
- Reach Distance: Distance for interacting with blocks in the world
- Attack Reach: Number of blocks for interacting with entities (from Combat Test Snapshots)
Base values set for the player can also be changed in the configuration file. Note that each attribute has a hardcoded value range.
Why does the value displayed in the item's tooltip differ from what you defined in the configuration? The base value is automatically added to it - this is a vanilla game feature.
Basic Properties
General item properties can also be modified.
- Stack size
- Durability
- Digging speed
- Harvest level
- Enchantability
It's important to note that changing these properties is only possible within their usual limitations. For example, stack size cannot be increased for items with durability. It's also only possible to modify existing properties, meaning the enchantability property can only be changed for items that can actually be enchanted.
Important Notes
For the mod to function fully, it must be installed on both the client and server. For optimal experience, it's important that the configuration is the same on both client and server.
