Goal Filtering
Goals are selected randomly, and difficulty checking only occurs when the setting is changed from random to a specific level. Each goal category has a limit on how many can be active simultaneously. For example, there can be no more than 2 brewing-related goals and 5 achievement goals.
Some goals require finding specific biomes or structures, while others require items or mobs from particular biomes. To ensure game balance, goals are only selected if the corresponding biome or structure is within 1000 blocks from coordinates 0,0 in a square area.
