Little Geode

The Little Geode mod is entirely dedicated to one unique item - the geode. While mining various blocks (stone, deepslate, netherrack, endstone), you have a small chance to discover one of the geode varieties presented in this mod.

Geode Varieties

The mod offers six types of geodes, each with its own theme:

• Mineral Geode - contains various minerals and resources
• Oceanic Geode - offers items typically found underwater
• Organic Geode - includes organic materials: seeds, saplings, rotten flesh, bones, and similar items
• Fire Geode - stores blocks and items related to the Nether
• Void Geode - contains End elements
• Egg Geode - rare find with eggs of peaceful mobs (except slimes)

Geode Distribution

The chance of finding a specific geode type depends on the mined block:

Mineral, oceanic, and organic geodes are more commonly found when mining stone and deepslate. Mineral geodes are slightly more frequent in deepslate, while organic ones are more common in regular stone. Oceanic geodes are evenly distributed between these two blocks.

Fire geodes primarily drop from netherrack, and void geodes from endstone. Egg geodes remain a rare drop regardless of the broken block type.

Usage Features

Each geode provides an additional block when opened, besides the main contents. The complete list of possible rewards can be seen in the images section.

The base drop chance for geodes is 5%, and it's affected by the Fortune enchantment.

Configuration

In the configuration files, you can:

• Enable and disable different geode types
• Change drop chances for each block type
• Allow or prohibit geode drops from specific blocks

To use a geode, simply right-click while holding it in your hand.
