Lawnage

About the Modification

Lawnage is a revival of the long-abandoned OffLawn! mod, which adds various types of lawn blocks to Minecraft. The main advantage of these blocks is that they don't turn into regular dirt when other objects are placed on them.

Lawn Types and Crafting

Regular Lawn: Crafted from 1 dirt block and 1 vegetation element (grass, flowers, leaves, saplings) or 1 grass block. You can freely place saplings and other plants on this lawn.

Mushroom Lawn: Perfect for growing mushrooms of all types. Crafted from 1 mushroom of any type (including modded ones) and 1 dirt block. Can also be created from 1 mycelium block.

Biome-Dependent Lawn: Made from regular grass lawn and can be converted back. Allows creating lawns that match different biomes.

Crimson and Warped Lawns: Created from corresponding types of overgrown netherrack or a combination of 1 netherrack block and 1 biomass item. You can also craft 8 blocks from 8 netherrack and 1 wart block.

Current Features

The mod already includes: grass lawn, mushroom lawn with biome colors, as well as crimson and warped variants. Requires Fabric API to function.

Future Plans

Version 5.0 will focus on expanding compatibility with other mods and improving support for existing additions.
