Lattices - Decorative Grilles for Minecraft
This simple Forge mod introduces various decorative lattices into the game - unique building blocks that occupy an intermediate position between iron bars and trapdoors. A total of 9 different variants are available: acacia, birch, crimson wood, dark oak, jungle wood, regular oak, spruce, warped wood, and copper!
To craft wooden lattices, you'll need 5 planks and 4 sticks of the corresponding wood type, while the copper variant is made from 5 cut copper and 5 copper ingots.
These elegant blocks are perfect for decorating structures, creating stylish window grilles, or embellishing building foundations, giving them special charm and individuality.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will there be ports for Fabric or older versions?
No, the developer prefers to maintain one stable version for Forge. To create ports, you must contact Bryuf, as he is the author of the concept and holds all rights to the artistic design.
When will the update for the new version be released?
The developer combines mod creation with studies in a medical college, a government position at the university, development of their own video games, and other projects. Updates are released as possible, usually simultaneously with the update of most other mods.
Why don't copper lattices oxidize?
Currently, copper lattice oxidation is not considered a critically important feature, similar to some other copper items in the game. The possibility of oxidation and creating waxed variants may be added in the future depending on community needs.
The original mod idea was proposed by Bryuf on Reddit in the r/minecraftsuggestions community, and the developer received official permission for its implementation.
