Fixing the Problem with Invisible Player Skin Parts

If you notice that certain elements of character skins become transparent or completely disappear when using Fabric modifications, the likely cause is the Kirin UI library. The KirinSkinFix mod solves this problem!

The Kirin UI library contains code that allows parts of skins to become invisible, even though it was originally intended for interface work. As a result, all mods that depend on Kirin UI can cause this error when player skins become partially transparent.

Although some players might like the possibility of creating transparent skins, in practice this often leads to unfair advantages in the game. In some cases, due to such a bug, an opponent can become almost invisible!

KirinSkinFix disables the unnecessary code in Kirin UI responsible for skin transparency. It's important to note that this mod works only on the client side and doesn't require installation on the server.
