Kdly Data

Kdly Data (pronounced "cuddly data") is a compact library that enables replacing all .json files in resource packs and data packs with files in .kdl format. This replacement is fully compliant with the JSON-in-KDL specification version 3.0.1.

It's important to note that currently Kdly Data does not support using KDL for files with .mcmeta extension. Implementing this functionality would require significant changes to the complex metadata loading system. Support for such files may be added in future versions.

.kdl files used in place of .json fully respect data pack priorities. Additionally, when filtering excludes the .json version of a resource, the corresponding .kdl version will also be excluded from processing.
