Jojo's Origins: Jcraft Origins Addon
This datapack expands the capabilities of the Origins mod by adding 7 completely new origins that can be unlocked during gameplay or selected when creating a character. All of them are carefully balanced and harmoniously integrated into the Jcraft game mechanics.
Available Origins:
- Hamon - the art of breathing that provides control over solar energy
- Pillar Man - ancient beings with incredible abilities
- Moonling - lunar creature with cosmic power
- Inherited Stand User - hereditary stand user
- Cyborg - cyborg with mechanical enhancements
- Human (Jojos) - special type of human from the Jojo universe
Acquisition Features:
Most origins require fulfilling specific conditions and collecting special items. For maximum immersion, it is recommended to remove the base origins from the original Origins mod.
Ultimate Being:
To become Ultimate Being, several conditions must be met simultaneously: have the Pillar Man origin, unlock the "diary page" achievement, hold the requiem ruby, be under the weakness effect, and be fully exposed to sunlight while burning. After meeting all conditions, press the primary interaction button to ascend.
Moonling:
To obtain the Moonling origin, you need to unlock the "Fall from World height" and "Precipice of Greatness" achievements, find the green baby, hold it in your hands, and press the primary interaction button under moonlight.
Compatibility Requirements:
For the datapack to work, the Origins, JCraft, and Palladium mods are required. Please note that Palladium is only needed if you want to use the flight ability with Moonling and Ultimate Being.
Development Status:
The project is under active development, so expect regular updates and fixes in the near future.
Future Plans:
- Reworking the Cyborg origin to increase gameplay interest
- Adding new racial origins that align with the Jojo universe
- Ability to change RGB skin coloration for Moonling
