Immersion in Islamic Culture in Minecraft

This modification offers a unique opportunity to familiarize yourself with various elements of Islamic culture directly in the world of Minecraft.

Architectural Structures

In the ordinary world, you can discover mosques — special structures that are found quite frequently. Two design variants are available: golden and copper versions.

New Characters

Muslims — ordinary villagers can be converted into Muslims by placing a sajjadah block near them, which they will use as a workplace.

Sheikhs — villagers can become sheikhs if you install a minbar near them, serving as a work block.

Jinn — new hostile creatures resembling zombies but possessing greater strength and endurance.

Special Blocks

Sajjadah — a craftable workstation for Muslim villagers.

Minbar — a craftable work block for sheikh villagers.

Calligraphy — new paintings with Arabic calligraphy for interior decoration.

Items and Equipment

Quran — purchased from a sheikh and serves as protection against hostile creatures, particularly jinn, reflecting real beliefs about the protective properties of the holy book.

Dates — bought from a sheikh and are one of the most nutritious foods in the game.

White thobe and kufi — traditional clothing available from Muslim villagers. Primarily serves a decorative function and does not provide significant protection.

Black thobe and kufi — clothing for sheikhs, also serving mainly for visual character customization.
