Inventory Tabs (updated)

Attention: A new version of this mod is maintained under the name Inventory Tabs 4.

The Inventory Tabs mod fundamentally changes the approach to interacting with nearby blocks in Minecraft. It adds convenient tabs directly to the inventory interface, allowing instant access to the contents of nearby containers without needing to close the inventory.

Main Features

This is a completely client-side mod that works without server installation. It requires Cloth Config API to function.

Compatibility with Other Mods

The mod integrates well with popular modifications:

• BigInv - extended inventory
• PlayerEx - player characteristics system

Customization via Item Frames

Starting from version 0.8.1, you can customize chest icons and tooltips using nearby item frames.

Entity Support

Version 0.9.0 added the ability to interact with various entities:

• Chests in minecarts
• Villager inventories

This version for Minecraft 1.18 is based on LiamMCW's fork of the original mod by cakewhip.
