Immersive Storms
A small client-side modification that introduces subtle atmospheric fog and particle effects across various biomes depending on weather conditions.
Sandstorms

Deserts, badlands, and savannas now experience sandstorms. When it rains in the world, a dense sandy fog appears, and strong winds lift new dust particles. During thunderstorms, the fog intensifies even more, significantly limiting visibility and making navigation difficult.
Snow Blizzards

During snowfall, fog becomes whiter and noticeably thickens during storms, creating the effect of a genuine blizzard. While these severe storms are not as intense as sandstorms, they still significantly impair visibility for those exploring snowy regions.
Marsh Fogs

During rain, swamps become enveloped in thick fog, as dense as during the strongest sandstorms. This effect occurs in any rainy weather, not just thunderstorms. The same phenomenon occurs in Pale Gardens—a feature specifically requested by the player community.
Atmospheric Wind
Mountainous and windy areas become even more expressive in various weather conditions. A light breeze now carries dust particles and small stones. A similar effect has been added to deserts and badlands (while sound effects are already present in the base game).
Compatibility
- Scorchful: This mod represents a standalone version of the sandstorm feature from Scorchful and is bundled with it starting from version 1.21.5.
- Particle Rain: Also compatible with Particle Rain. Sandstorm particles and sounds are automatically disabled when this mod is detected.
- Shader Packs: Fog effects likely do not and will not work with most shader packs, as they have their own fog processing. However, particle and sound effects should function normally.
- Neoforge (Connector): The mod may work with Neoforge via Sinytra connector on versions where available, but this compatibility is neither tested nor supported.
