IC2C Extras
This mod is an addon for Industrial Craft 2 Classic that introduces numerous new items and mechanisms to the game. The developer has incorporated elements inspired by the IC2 Experimental version while maintaining the style and gameplay of the classic version.
Important note: This addon is exclusively compatible with IC2 Classic and will not function with the experimental version of the mod.
Main Innovations
The mod significantly expands resource processing and energy production capabilities:
- Advanced ore processing: Added crushed ores, purified crushed ores, as well as fine and very fine dust
- Nuclear materials: Introduced uranium-235, uranium-238, and plutonium with corresponding radiation system
- New materials and blocks: Steel and lead ingots and blocks, refined iron blocks, and other auxiliary items
- Industrial equipment: Ore washing plant, thermal centrifuge, advanced steam turbine
Production Machines
The mod includes several specialized devices for process automation:
- Roller, extruder, cutter - basic metalworking machines
- Advanced versions: Impellerized roller, liquescent extruder, plasma cutter
- Metal bender - uses press molds to create various products
- Fluid canning machine - multifunctional device for working with fluids and items
- Tree tapper - automatically collects resin from mature rubber trees
Energy Systems
- Biomass and biogas: Fermenter, electric heat generator, biomass, biogas, and bio chaff
- Advanced nuclear cells: Uranium-238, plutonium, MOX, thorium-232, uranium-233, uranium-235
Settings and Compatibility
Almost all aspects of the mod can be configured through configuration files. All machines support the standard IC2 API, ensuring compatibility with mods like IC2 Tweaker.
Version Compatibility
The mod is developed for Minecraft 1.12.2. The developer plans to port the project to version 1.19 when the opportunity arises.
