IC2 Crop-Breeding Plugin - Plant Breeding Calculator

This addon for IndustrialCraft 2 provides a convenient tool for simulating the process of crossbreeding agricultural crops directly in the game.

To get started, you'll need a crop analyzer from the base IC2 mod. Hold it in your main or off-hand and press the side interface access key - the tooltip in the item description will automatically indicate the required button.

After activation, a special menu will open with 9 slots in the top and bottom sections, plus 4 central cells. The top row represents a creative inventory where you can select various crops for experimental crossbreeding. Navigate through the list of available plants using the mouse wheel or corresponding interface buttons.

Simply click on the desired crop in the top panel - it will automatically move to the central zone. When you select two or more crops, press the calculate button, and the system will display all possible crossbreeding results. The four central slots symbolize crop sticks, with the ability to analyze combinations of up to 4 different crops simultaneously.

The results are shown as percentage chances for each possible offspring, along with all potential crossbreeding options. It's important to note that when using more than two crops simultaneously, the probability of successful crossbreeding of all selected plants is not 100% guaranteed - only pairs work reliably, which corresponds to the most common usage scenario.

Also worth mentioning is that this plugin does not display hidden requirements that may be present for some special crops, so consider this feature when planning your breeding strategies.
