Hyper Lighting [Forge] - Advanced Lighting System

The Hyper Lighting mod fundamentally transforms the lighting system in Minecraft, adding numerous new and functional light sources. Originally created as a simple addition with a toggleable torch, the project has evolved into a comprehensive lighting system with support for colored lighting through additional mods.

Diversity of Light Sources

The mod offers a wide selection of lighting fixtures:

• Torches and Lanterns - classic light sources with on/off functionality • Tiki Torches - exotic lighting elements for creating atmosphere • Underwater Lighting - special lanterns and torches that work underwater • Candles and Candles in Jars - portable light sources, including handheld variants • Colored Redstone Lamps - colorful alternatives to standard lamps • Solar Powered Fence Lights - autonomous lighting with remote control • Switch Boxes - blocks for controlling multiple solar fence lights simultaneously • Campfires - two types of campfires with cooking capabilities and colored lighting • Button Lights - night lights that activate redstone • Fluorescent Lights - battery-powered, dyeable lighting fixtures • Jack O'Lanterns - Halloween-themed pumpkin lights • Lava Lamps - decorative lighting fixtures (without using actual lava) • Unclear Glass - special glass that doesn't let light through • Solar Panels - power sources for various devices • Colored Water - dyeable water that retains its properties

Almost all light sources can be dyed by clicking on them with dye. Dyeing support is indicated in tooltips. With RGBLib (formerly Hyper Lighting Core) installed, fixtures emit colored lighting according to their color.

Recommended Additions

For maximum comfort, it's recommended to install:

• Cloth Config - access to in-game settings via the HOME key • Catalogue - enhanced mod menu with configuration access • RGBLib - colored lighting support (available in test builds) • The One Probe - modern system for displaying block information
