HeartBalance: Health Pickups & player starting health
Health Collection System
The mod introduces a unique health recovery mechanic: enemies now drop special hearts that can be collected. Upon contact with these hearts, your character instantly recovers health if it's not full. If you're at maximum health, the hearts turn into items that can be saved for future use or combined into more powerful versions.

Starting Health Customization
The second key feature allows complete customization of the player's starting health amount. You can begin the game with just 3 hearts for an extreme challenge or with 20 hearts for more relaxed gameplay. The default remains the standard 10 hearts.

Flexible Configuration
All heart drop parameters and starting health settings can be finely tuned through the configuration file. This makes the mod ideal for both single-player games and modpacks, where you can create challenging survival scenarios with minimal health or epic adventures with massive durability reserves.
