Hand Framing Tool

This mod provides a standalone framing decoration tool that has been separated from Nomi Labs as an independent addition.

The main function of the tool is decorating storage drawer frames. By right-clicking on a framed drawer, you can apply various decorative finishes.

The mod also adds hand framing recipes for various types of drawers, including standard framed drawers, controllers, slave blocks, and compact drawers from the Framed Compacting Drawer mod.

Currently, the tool works similarly to the implementation from Nomifactory CEU and NomiLabs. Future versions plan to add a configuration option that will allow using the tool like in the original Nomifactory with ContentTweaker - right-clicking on a normal drawer with loaded sticks turns it into a decorated framed drawer, with blocks needing to be loaded one by one.
