Hall of Ween - Mysterious Halloween Adventures

Hall of Ween represents a unique project that balances between being a utility modpack and a full-fledged content addition. The mod brings Halloween atmosphere to Minecraft with unusual elements and mechanics.

Sweets of the Mad King

The mod adds various Halloween treats that will be especially familiar to fans of Lunatic Court. All presented food items grant various beneficial effects to those who answer the call of Candy Corn. Currently, these items don't have crafting recipes and can only be obtained through the mod's special mechanics.

Magic Surprise Bags

The world of Minecraft gains special "Trick-or-Treat" bags containing a huge variety of different items. These bags drop when killing any mobs - from random chickens to dangerous monsters.

The most interesting part - the system is completely data-driven! You can dynamically create new varieties of bags and change their contents using standard loot tables. All changes happen server-side, allowing you to surprise your friends without their knowledge.

Recipe Discovery System

The mod includes an innovative recipe discovery system based on achievements. This mechanic makes certain items unavailable for crafting until reaching specific progress in the game. It's important to note that the system currently doesn't support auto-crafting - all items must be crafted manually (this feature can be disabled in settings).

Mysterious Captives

A special feature of the mod is the appearance of Captive Villagers in structures throughout the world (their appearance may surprise). Players face moral choices: help the unfortunate and worsen unemployment statistics in the region, or leave them to their fate, missing potential benefits.

If this mechanic seems too unusual, it can be disabled. For fine-tuning the spawn locations of Captive Villagers, using tools like KubeJS is recommended.
