Global Options
This mod allows you to synchronize the game settings file options.txt across different Minecraft installations. No more manually copying control, graphics, and audio settings when switching between different game instances.
The options.txt file contains all your main game parameters, including:
- Control settings and key bindings
- Graphics parameters and display quality
- Audio settings and volume levels
- Interface language and other user preferences
Depending on your operating system, the options.txt file is located in different folders:
%APPDATA%.minecrafton Windows$HOME/Library/Application Support/minecrafton macOS$HOME/.minecrafton Linux
With Global Options, you can easily maintain consistent settings across all your Minecraft installations, which is especially convenient when using different launchers or game versions.
