Mod "Get in the Raid!": Simplified Raider Management
Get in the Raid! eliminates a common compatibility issue in mods that introduce additional illager mobs into gameplay. Many of these custom creatures are functionally part of the Raider class but are not always labeled under the relevant #raiders category tag.
This mod's solution is straightforward: upon integration, it ensures that any entity derived from the Raider class is automatically grouped under #raiders, regardless of its origin. For instance, through the command /kill @e[type=#raiders], all recognized Raider-like entities from vanilla Minecraft, as well as any custom mobs added by other modifications, can be uniformly managed.
The tagging mechanism ensures inter-mod stability, offering a more seamless and predictable experience when dealing with illager factions. Essentially, it bridges the gap, aligning all eligible hostile forces under one system consistent with raider behaviors.
Gameplay showcases and detailed demonstrations of this functionality are available across various video platforms, particularly on YouTube.
For mod developers: The Get in the Raid! mod ensures that all Raider-derived entities are properly assigned the raiders tag by default.
