Gaia Dimension

The world of Gaia Dimension outwardly resembles the one you're familiar with, but the similarity ends there. The surface consists of fine crystalline fibers growing from soil saturated with minerals. Trees look ordinary, with wood and leaves, but they are actually stone, and the foliage is brittle. The entire environment is created from various minerals and crystals. These lands are inhabited by ancient creatures adapted to the rocky habitat.
Vast biomes are located on the surface. Sparsely populated jungles, swamps with purple slime, ancient preserved territories, and much more. Local creatures either ignore you as an unfamiliar being or perceive you as a threat to their territory. Time here is frozen in eternal day, the sun constantly hangs high in the sky, which is painted in various colors depending on the biome.
Underground, cave walls are studded with precious stones. By themselves, they are of little use, but with the help of special technologies, they can turn into tools. The walls are covered with a strange brittle substance that can be described as "sparkling" and in high concentration. In the depths of the dungeons, caves are filled with strange blue magma, resembling primordial energy in liquid form.
How to Get to the Gaia Dimension?
The journey requires significant costs. It's necessary to create Keystone Blocks from crystallized redstone, crystallized lapis lazuli, and gold ingots. To obtain crystallized materials, you need to smelt regular redstone and lapis lazuli. By arranging four of each component and a gold ingot on a crafting table, you'll create one Keystone Block.
After assembling these blocks in the shape of a Nether portal, as with a regular portal, you need to light it with fire of such strength that even touching it makes you glow. By creating flint and steel from a gold ingot and diamond and activating the portal from inside the frame, you'll open the passage. However, this portal doesn't work everywhere. You must be in a hot, dry, or mountainous biome for its activation (or disable this restriction and create the portal anywhere).
Additional Information
This mod became my first official work, so it currently contains basic functionality. Plans include adding new mobs for various biomes to diversify the vast dimension. Also planned is the implementation of dungeons and structures where you can fight bosses, collect valuable loot, and much more.
The mod uses ConnectedTexturesMod to improve some textures. This is not a mandatory requirement, but with it, the visual component becomes more pleasant. Note that this applies only to versions where CTM is specified as a dependency.
Found a Problem?
Errors, crashes, and unwanted behavior should be reported to the issue tracker on GitHub. Specify the versions of the mod, Forge, and Minecraft, as well as details of reproducing the problem or evidence of the error. If you're not sure if something is a bug, don't hesitate to create a ticket on GitHub or join Discord. You might help other players avoid this problem.
Bug reports outside GitHub or Discord may go unnoticed. I won't be able to help if information is scattered across different sources.
