Fungal Fortifications [Forge]

Fungal Fortifications is a Minecraft modification that expands the game world with fungal-themed content. It offers a completely new playstyle, transforming you into a shroomancer — a fungal mage capable of using mushroom power to defend against enemies. You'll discover unique items, mobs, and an entire biome to explore.

With this mod installed, every player immediately receives the "Vicious Fungi" accessory in their inventory, allowing them to begin their journey as a shroomancer right from the start of the game.

⚠️ Important: Requires Geckolib and Curios API to function!

Note: The mod is currently in active development but already contains significant content. Future updates will bring additional features and capabilities.

A special tab has been added with various items that can be created and used.

Dead Forest Biome

Explore the unique Dead Forest biome — a place where majestic trees once grew, now only their remains remain. Fallen leaves have created perfect conditions for various fungi to thrive. This biome will receive even more content in the future.

Fungi Balls — Shroomancer's Weapon

The main feature of the mod is symbiosis with fungi! Collect mushrooms in the Dead Forest biome and create Fungi Balls from them. Each ball possesses unique properties:

• Deals damage to attacking enemies
• Applies positive effects to you
• Inflicts negative effects on opponents

Different effects can combine, creating powerful combinations for defense and attack.

Fungalians — Fungal Creatures

Fungalians are mysterious fungal beings of extraterrestrial origin.

Fungalian Warriors

The only hostile representatives of this species (currently). Armed with fungal blades, they attack players upon encounter. Drop varying amounts of Fungalite Doubloons upon death. Spawn in certain structures throughout the biome.

Fungalian Traders

Peaceful beings willing to trade with players. Exchange Fungalian Doubloons for their bags containing mystery loot. You can also sell excess mushrooms to them for additional doubloons.
