Foi1y Lantern Corps

I've been a longtime Green Lantern fan and decided to create an addon for Palladium - presenting Foi1y Lantern Corps. Plans include implementing all canonical Lantern Corps with various outfits for each of them.

To use the addon, you need to install either Curios or Trinkets. Starting from version 3.0 and above, Fsang18's Heropack is no longer required.
