fix GPU memory leak[Forge/Fabric] - Fixing Video Memory Leaks

This modification resolves several errors that cause resource leaks in the graphics processor memory. These issues can manifest as the following errors:

• GL_OUT_OF_MEMORY
• GL_FRAMEBUFFER_INCOMPLETE_ATTACHMENT
• GL_INVALID_FRAMEBUFFER_OPERATION

The mod is compatible with almost all other modifications and has no known conflicts.

Installation is only required on the client side.
