Find It

The Find It modification fundamentally simplifies searching for needed items in nearby storage containers. Whenever you need to find a specific item, simply press the 'Y' key (this is the default binding) while on any item in your inventory or using JEI and similar mods. The system will instantly highlight all nearby containers where the sought item is stored!

Important note: Find It does not analyze chests whose contents have not yet been generated by the game (for example, in dungeons). This aligns with the principles of how Spectator mode works.

Appearance Settings

Configuration is handled client-side and allows personalization of the visual display. You can:

• Change the highlight color of containers
• Adjust the duration of the highlight display

You can modify parameters either through standard configuration files or directly in-game using commands:

Color Change:

/findit color <red> <green> <blue>

Color component values are specified in the range from 0 to 255.

Timing Settings:

/findit timer <time>

The time parameter is set in ticks (from 10 to 300).
