Fast Tool Switching [Fabric]

This mod prevents the reset of attack cooldown when players switch items in their hands. The time elapsed since the last attack is preserved, which eliminates the possibility of exploiting the system — you cannot attack with a fast weapon first and then instantly switch to an item with a longer cooldown. The full recovery time will still apply.

Essentially, this is a permanently active version of the functionality of the Gauntlets of Dexterity from the BountifulBaubles mod, but implemented as a standalone solution for Fabric.
