This datapack fundamentally changes the move learning system for all Pokémon - each of them receives a full arsenal of available techniques by level 100. This provides access to all Technical Machines (TMs), Egg Moves, and Tutor Moves, which is especially valuable for Pokémon battles and competitive fights.
We hope that the developers will soon officially implement the system for learning TMs, Egg Moves, and Tutor Moves, making this datapack obsolete. But for now, this is the best solution for a complete gaming experience. Happy battling!
