Excavation

An alternative to vein miner originally created for personal use.

Main Features

The modification allows mining a block along with all connected copies when using a suitable tool. This significantly speeds up the resource gathering process, especially when working with ore veins.

Controls

The function is activated through an assigned key (default - `, located to the left of number 1). There's also an option for activation while crouching, which can be configured in the settings.

List System

Data pack tags are used to control available blocks:

• Blacklist: excavation:blacklist
• Whitelist: excavation:whitelist

Blacklist is active by default. Whitelist automatically activates when at least one block is added to it.

Additional Features

• All items automatically move to the player
• Experience appears as a single orb near the character
• Configurable block limit (default 64)
• Adjustable exhaustion per block
• Requirement for correct tool for mining
• Function lock when hungry
• Vacuum mode: items are first placed in inventory

Compatibility

The mod is fully functional on servers and works correctly in creative mode without damaging tools.
