Your Minecraft level now means more than just accumulated experience - it unlocks access to magical energy! Next to the familiar experience bar, a mana indicator will appear, which naturally regenerates over time or after sleeping.
The accumulated magical energy can be used to cast various spells - from simple ones to incredibly powerful ones. To activate spells, you need to speak the corresponding magical words in the game chat while holding the necessary ritual items in your hands.
Instant Spells
These spells activate immediately upon casting:
- ignus - creates fire at the aiming point, similar to using flint and steel. Affects entities as well. Cost: 1 mana unit
- crepitus - launches a fireball in the direction of your cursor, whose power depends on your player level. Cost: 5 mana units

Aura Charms
These magical effects remain active as long as you actively maintain them, reserving the required amount of mana and blocking its regeneration:
- celeritas - grants Haste I effect (3 sugar pieces, 10 mana units)
- citius - adds Haste II (honey bottle, 20 mana units)
- summa celeritate - provides powerful Haste III (5 feathers, 30 mana units)
- se tardum - deactivates all haste effects
- respirare me aquae - grants underwater breathing ability (bucket of tropical fish, 10 mana units), deactivation - respirare me aere
- igni mihi caelum - grants flight (12 blaze rods, 35 mana units, items are returned upon cancellation), deactivation - descendit
Secret Rituals
To activate special spells, you need to create an ancient artifact - the Ascendant using a special crafting recipe:

Additionally, mysterious altars generate in certain biomes (forest and desert areas), appearing quite rarely:

Using the altars provides access to two powerful magical formulas:
- sanguinem filio, sanguinem effurgarex perpetuum - binds the Ascendant artifact to the area surrounding the altar, recreating an isolated mirror world (requires 30 mana units)
- sangima maerma, bernos asescenda - transports you to the created pocket world where your character becomes immune to death (costs 15 mana units)
