End Totem - Protection from Death in the End

This modification adds a special totem that functions similarly to the well-known totem of undying, but its protective properties activate exclusively in the End dimension. The totem's special feature is that it prevents death when falling into the void - instead of dying, the player is instantly teleported back to the starting obsidian island.

The mechanism is simple: any player holding the totem in their hand receives reliable protection from irreversible fall into the abyss. When the effect triggers, saving from fatal fall, the character immediately teleports to the safe zone of the End's starting platform.
